Peter G. Mercurio and Charles Wagner, the Executive Director of Gramazin, met in 2018 when Charles turned to Peter to teach him how to play the guitar. A friendship grew quickly between these two believers in Jesus Christ. When Charles' late brother-in-law was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in April 2021, Charles wrote the lyric for the song I Cannot Cry. He shared it with Peter and their songwriting partnership began. Peter is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and an experienced stage performer who toured with a rock band throughout New England for 13 years.
Charles presents the song idea, the suggested genre and musical style of the song, the title, and the lyrics to Peter who then composes the music and plays the instruments. The men co-engineer and co-produce the final copy of the song and then release it to the Gramazin staff who distribute the music.
Does our music remind you of days gone by? Does it make you think of music you heard in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 00s? Good! That's exactly what we hope to accomplish with our music. It is our prayer that our music honors Jesus Christ and blesses our listeners.

In 2017, while sitting in his car on Granite Pier in the quiet coastal town of Rockport, Massachusetts, Charles Wagner recorded 66 short audio reflections to encourage believers to share their personal stories of how Jesus Christ has transformed their lives. Each message offers practical insights, biblical encouragement, and a heartfelt call to be bold in sharing your testimony.
These audio segments have helped inspire believers across the country—and they’re now available for you to explore, reflect on, and share.
You’ll also find downloadable PDF files from Charles’s adult Sunday School series on testimony sharing, taught in the fall of 2022. These lessons go deeper into the theology, strategy, and spiritual significance of sharing your story for God’s glory.
