"As a Performance Coach, Business Consultant, Motivational Speaker, and Author, I help high performers and industry leaders to optimize their growth and potential through business strategy, mindset, and human behavior. With more than 20+ years of corporate leadership and sales experience, I recognized the importance of bringing strategy, tactics, and internal motivation together in order to drive industry-leading outcomes in organizations and individuals worldwide. Through my coaching and consulting work, I have helped thousands of people shatter the ceilings they once knew. I have delivered more than 500 keynote presentations and workshops and have been featured on hundreds of podcasts. I have been a contributor to Forbes and Entrepreneur, and recently, on a yet-to-be-released reality TV show where I will act as a host. And I am proud to say that my memoir will be published in late 2023. My survival of the 2017 Route 91 Harvest mass shooting served as an awakening to leverage my wounds, commit to living life to the fullest, and become the high performer I am today. Since that day, I’ve coached hundreds of industry leaders to redefine their lives and achieve their ambitions, all from the inside out. Jesus is my Savior. My wife is my favorite person on earth. I love my two daughters with all of my heart. I try to stay active through CrossFit and golf. And I enjoy live music (especially country)."
