Temwa Wright, born in Malawi and raised in the U.S., is passionate about fostering cross-cultural connections to address poverty. Since becoming Pamoza's Executive Director in 2013, she has grown Pamoza from a staff of 1 in Malawi to over 35 full-time Malawian employees and has more than quadrupled the organization's revenue.
