Gramazin envisions a day when Christian testimonies are no longer hidden away in private conversations or heard only on special occasions. By September 21-22, 2030, the goal is to see 50,000 testimonies published on 5,000 church websites - an average of ten stories from each participating congregation.
That vision will not be accomplished by one person contacting thousands of churches. It will be accomplished through multiplication: Christians in cities across America taking ownership of the mission where they live. Gramazin Builder Teams are designed to make that multiplication possible.
Start with one. Build a team. Reach a city.
A Builder Team begins with a Christian who catches the vision and wants churches in his or her community to become places where testimonies are actively collected, celebrated, and shared.
Find a city leader.
Gramazin identifies a committed Christian in a metropolitan area who understands the 2030 vision and is willing to become a local catalyst. This person does not need to be a pastor, professional fundraiser, or ministry executive. The essential qualifications are Christian commitment, credibility, initiative, and genuine enthusiasm for helping believers tell what God has done.
Gather a core group.
The city leader invites three or four other Christians to hear the vision and consider joining the work. The first objective is not a huge volunteer organization. It is a small group of dependable people who understand why testimony matters and want to introduce the idea to others.
Multiply into a local team.
Core members each invite several additional people. A group of three or four can become a team of roughly ten or more volunteers. Different personalities and gifts strengthen the team: relationship builders, organizers, communicators, pastors, retirees, businesspeople, teachers, ministry leaders, and ordinary church members can all contribute.
Train together.
Gramazin provides focused training so team members understand the mission, the testimony resources available to churches, how to explain the 2030 vision, and how to approach church leaders respectfully. The goal is not to create professional salespeople. It is to prepare Christians to have informed, enthusiastic conversations about testimony ministry.
Reach the churches.
The local team divides the work of contacting churches throughout its metropolitan area. Instead of one national leader trying to build thousands of individual relationships, local Christians build relationships with pastors and congregations near them. Over time, hundreds of churches in a region can hear the invitation.
Help churches begin.
The objective is not merely to make contact. Builder Teams point church members and leaders toward practical Gramazin resources that help Christians prepare testimonies and help churches publish them responsibly. Success is a church beginning to tell its own stories - and continuing to do so after the Builder Team moves on to the next relationship.
You do not have to be a ministry professional.
A strong Builder Team needs different kinds of people. No single volunteer has to do everything, and no team should depend upon one personality.

Builders are not there to pressure pastors, criticize churches, or tell congregations how to run their ministries. They introduce a simple question: Where can people hear the stories of what God has done in the lives of this congregation? They then show church leaders practical ways to make those stories more visible.
Some churches may be ready immediately. Others may need time. Some may already share testimonies and simply need encouragement to publish them more prominently. A Builder's responsibility is to present the vision faithfully, offer useful resources, maintain appropriate relationships, and allow church leaders to decide what fits their congregation.
Serve with a team, not alone.
Gramazin Builder Teams are intended for volunteers with ordinary lives, jobs, families, churches, and responsibilities. The model works because the mission is distributed among people rather than concentrated in one person.
Participate in Gramazin training, understand the testimony mission, and become comfortable explaining it simply.
Work with the team to contact a manageable number of churches and follow through consistently rather than trying to reach everyone yourself.
Invite Christians who share the vision. Multiplication begins when Builders become people who develop other Builders.
The numbers matter because people matter. Every published testimony represents a real believer publicly giving witness to God's work.
